Main motor and main mechanical rotation mechanism in rear. The main motor is installed in the rear of the fuselage for easy maintenance and cleaning. The CAM action drive of each station still adopts a shaft rotation structure to ensure the synchronization of each station.
PVC material bearing device is equipped with active feeding motor, which will actively feed with the traction rhythm of the machine. No matter what speed the machine runs, the packing material keeps constant tension, so that the molding blister and heat sealing mold always keep the same position.
Machine front and rear segment split design. The whole machine and the frame adopt split design, the main body of the machine can be divided into 2.2m and 1.4m sections when the site conditions are limited, which is convenient for transportation and handling. The connection of the frame is located by a plurality of pin shafts, a plurality of bolts are locked, the rotating spindle segment is connected by a coupling, and the electrical circuit is connected by an aviation plug. When necessary, loosen the bolt, remove the coupling, remove the aviation plug can be separated.
The longitudinal L-shaped structure of the machine frame increases the width of the machine and makes the supporting distance of the machine feet reach 800mm to ensure the stability of the high-speed operation of the machine and avoid vibration.
