Material Feeding: Raw materials (like powders, liquids, granules, etc.) are fed into the machine through a hopper or filling system.
Bag Forming: A roll of film is unrolled and shaped into a bag, using heat and pressure to form the edges. The film is sealed to form the packaging bag.
Filling: The machine fills the formed bags with the required amount of product, such as powder, liquid, or granules, using a volumetric or weight-based filling mechanism.
Sealing: After filling, the top of the bag is sealed using heat sealing bars, ensuring the package is securely closed.
Cutting: The bags are then cut to the desired size, and excess film is trimmed off.
Ejection: The finished product is ejected from the machine and conveyed to the next stage of the production process.
1. The machine complies with hygiene standards for food processing machinery. All parts that come into contact with materials and packaging bags are made from materials that meet food hygiene requirements, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the food.
2. The machine has a wide packaging range. By selecting different filling devices according to the packaging materials, it can package various solid materials, liquids, sauces, powders, granules, and more. It is suitable for a wide range of packaging bags, including pre-made bags made of multi-layer composite film, single-layer PE, PP, and paper bags. The finished packaging bags have perfect patterns, good sealing quality, and a high-end appearance.
3. The electrical control system uses advanced PLC with a color POD (touch screen), offering a user-friendly interface and easy operation. It allows quick and convenient adjustments to machine width, packaging speed, and other parameters.
4. The main motor uses frequency conversion speed control, allowing the frequency to be freely adjusted within a set range on the color touch screen according to production needs. The machine is equipped with an automatic detection device that can detect air pressure, temperature control instrument faults, bag loading conditions, and whether the packaging bag opening is intact. It can determine the machine's status and control whether to print the code, whether the filling device is operating, and whether the heat sealing device is sealing. This prevents waste of packaging materials and raw materials, greatly saving costs.
