The Automatic Vertical Sachet Packing Machine works by automatically forming, filling, and sealing sachets in a continuous process. First, the film roll is fed into the machine and shaped into a tube through the forming collar. The vertical sealing jaws create the back seal, while the horizontal sealing jaws seal the bottom of the sachet. The product—granules, powder, or small items—is then precisely measured and dispensed into the formed pouch. Finally, the top is sealed, and the finished sachet is cut and discharged. The whole process is controlled by a PLC system to ensure high speed, accuracy, and consistent sealing quality.
