Machine Introduction

Automatic cartoning machine is a high-tech product integrating light, electricity, gas and machine, which greatly improves the performance and work efficiency of the equipment, realizes the requirements of fast cartoning, and still maintain a stable and reliable state when working fast.This model is suitable for automatic feeding and packing of various types and specifications of items (it can also be bottled or packed with aluminum-plastic panels). 1. Carton Erecting
   Flat carton blanks are picked from the magazine by a suction system or mechanical arm and erected into an open box shape.

2. Carton Placement
   The opened cartons are placed into a vertical holding station, ready for product insertion.

3. Product Loading
   Products are fed vertically from the top. This can be done:

   • Manually (for semi-automatic machines)

   • Automatically via feeding systems (such as vibratory feeders, conveyor belts, or pick-and-place arms)

4. Leaflet/Folded Instruction Insertion (if required)
   A folded leaflet or instruction manual is inserted into the carton along with the product.

5. Carton Closing
   Once the product is inside:

   • The top and bottom flaps of the carton are folded

   • Then tucked, glued, or hot-melt sealed depending on the machine configuration

6. Discharge
   The sealed carton is then discharged onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for secondary packaging or shipping.
