Working Principle

1. Tablet Feeding and Orientation

  • Tablets are loaded into a hopper.

  • A vibration or rotary feeding system ensures tablets are aligned properly and fed one by one into the counting system.

  • This prevents tablets from overlapping or breaking.

2. Counting System

  • An electronic or mechanical counting unit precisely counts the required number of effervescent tablets.

  • The counting mechanism ensures accuracy, usually with photoelectric sensors or mechanical slots.

3. Tube Feeding and Positioning

  • Empty tubes are automatically fed into the machine from a storage magazine.

  • Tubes are positioned upright and ready for filling.

  • A conveyor or indexing system moves each tube into the filling station.

4. Tablet Filling

  • The counted tablets are dropped into the tube in sequence.

  • The filling system is designed to minimize impact and avoid chipping or powder generation.

5. Capping and Sealing

  • After filling, tubes move to the capping station.

  • Plastic caps with desiccant (to absorb moisture) are automatically placed and pressed onto the tube.

  • Some models may also use induction sealing or mechanical pressing to ensure airtight closure.

6. Output and Collection

  • Finished tubes are discharged onto an output conveyor or collection tray.

  • Optional coding or labeling systems can be added for batch numbers, expiry dates, or branding.
