The Automatic Multi-lanes Stick Bag Packing Machine operates by simultaneously forming, filling, and sealing multiple stick packs in one continuous process. A roll of packaging film is first unwound and automatically aligned, then cut into several lanes according to the required stick pack width. Each lane passes through a vertical forming tube, where the film is shaped into a stick bag and sealed lengthwise.
At the same time, the product—whether powder, granule, or liquid—is measured precisely by an integrated dosing system and dispensed into each formed stick bag. After filling, the horizontal sealing jaws seal the top and bottom edges of the stick packs, ensuring airtight and uniform seals. The machine then cuts and separates each stick pack, delivering neatly finished products ready for packaging.
This fully automated process ensures high speed, accuracy, and efficiency, making it ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
