The Ry-200FGD-J is a horizontal premade bag packaging machine that automatically picks up, opens, fills, seals, and discharges pre-formed pouches at speeds of 20 to 40 bags per minute. Operators place hundreds of pre-made bags in the machine's bag pickup area. The machine's automated bag pickup mechanism selects one bag at a time and transfers it to the filling station. A date coding device prints production dates or batch numbers on the bag. The bag opening mechanism then uses compressed air or mechanical fingers to open the bag mouth. Once the bag is fully opened, the machine sends a signal to the paired weighing device, which measures and dispenses the product into the bag. After filling, the sealing station closes the bag using heat sealing, and the finished product is discharged onto an output conveyor. The entire cycle repeats continuously, with each station operating in synchronized rotation to maintain consistent throughput.
