Working Principle
Fix the label roll on the label holder, and adjust the labeling position.
Then adjust the distance between two rails to make sure the distance is suitable for the product to pass.
Manually put bottles on conveyor or using an automatic bottle turntable, and bottles will be separated by the bottle separator to keep the bottle distance for guarantee the working stable.
The bottle sensor detects the passing bottles and send a signal back to the control system. At the appropriate position, the system controls the label to be sent out and applied to the bottle evenly.
Rolling belts press bottles and make the labels more firmly without bubbles, wrinkles or alignment problems.
