Machine Introduction

Automatic round bottle labeling machine, also called vertical labeling machine, is suitable for labeling various round bottles. It is used for full/partial wrap around labeling on different sizes of round container, which is capable of labeling up to 100 containers per minutes depending on products and label size. Machine Layout

• Fix the label roll on the label holder, and adjust the labeling position.
• Then adjust the distance between two rails to make sure the distance is suitable for the product to pass.
• Manually put bottles on conveyor or using an automatic bottle turntable, and bottles will be separated by the bottle separator to keep the bottle distance for guarantee the working stable.
• The bottle sensor detects the passing bottles and send a signal back to the control system. At the appropriate position, the system controls the label to be sent out and applied to the bottle evenly.
• Rolling belts press bottles and make the labels more firmly without bubbles, wrinkles or alignment problems.

• 2. Equipped with touch screen and PLC, easy to set or adjust working parameters, and language of control panel can be customized.
• 3. Labeling station adjustment: According to different bottle height, user can adjust the height of labeling station with an adjusting handle, no need for any other tools.
• 4. Bottle separating device: Bottle separator can keep the bottle distance for guarantee the working stable.
• 5. Photoelectric bottle sensor: The bottle sensor detects the passing bottles and send a signal back to the control system. Then the label dispensing system will discharge a label and apply it on the bottle.
