Parts in direct contact with medicinal materials are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring pharmaceutical-grade safety and corrosion resistance.
The capsule filling process follows a precise sequence. Empty capsules are fed into the machine, where they are automatically separated and oriented into the filling station. The dosing mechanism measures the required powder, granules, micro-pellets, or tablets and fills each capsule body with the specified quantity. After filling, the capsule caps and bodies are joined and securely locked using a mechanical locking system, ensuring capsules remain sealed during transport and handling. The entire process is controlled through the touch-screen interface, with integrated sensors detecting misaligned capsules, fill weight deviations, and other anomalies to maintain consistent production quality with minimal downtime.

It requires a water supply with 500L/h flow rate at 0.1–0.2MPa pressure, using a circulating water system with a water-ring vacuum pump and reservoir. An external water source can also be connected. Compressed air consumption is 5m³/h at 0.3–0.4MPa pressure. The vacuum system operates at 40m³/h with -0.04 to -0.08MPa, while the dust suction system runs at 24.5kPa with 210m³/h airflow to maintain a clean production environment.
