Machine Introduction

This Counting Machine can be applied for counting capsules, soft gels, tablets, chewing gum, round pills, and other solid materials without the need for tooling when changing objects. Its part in contact with material is made of superior 316 stainless steel, which totally meets the GMP requirement.

Machine Layout

The bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt blocks the transferred bottle at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The material falls into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and is counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle at the bottling position.

• 1. Uses a 3-stage adjustable Vibrating Platform on each Counting Head to assist in controlling the speed of capsule count output.
• 2. Strong compatibility: It can counts tablets (including special-shaped tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent, opaque), pills into bottles.
• 3. Vibration blanking: 8 channels vibrate and discharge materials evenly and smoothly, without causing damage of material.
• 4. Anti-dust system: adopting our company's anti-dust photoelectric sensor technology, it can work stably even under high dust conditions.
• 5. Accurate counting: Equipped with photoelectric sensor technology to enable high accurate capsule counting and detection in bulk.
