1. Film Feeding and Forming
-
The machine uses roll film (packaging film) as raw material.
-
The roll film is fed into the machine through a film feeding device and a traction system.
-
The forming unit folds the flat film into a sachet shape, typically creating 3-side or 4-side sealed small bags.
2. Vertical and Horizontal Sealing
-
Vertical sealing: The edges of the packaging film are sealed together with a heating sealing roller or heat sealing mold, forming a continuous cylindrical film.
-
Horizontal sealing: A horizontal sealing knife seals the bag and cuts it at a preset location, creating individual sachets. The PLC control system ensures precise positioning, guaranteeing consistent bag sizes.
3. Automatic Weighing and Filling
-
Depending on the product type, different filling devices are used, such as screw fillers for powders, liquid pumps, cup fillers for granular products, or electronic scales.
-
Once the sachet reaches the filling station, the system automatically fills the bag with the set weight or volume of product.
4. Automatic Cutting and Product Output
5. PLC Touch Screen Control
-
The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) handles the overall process logic, action coordination, and precise control of the machine.
-
The Touch Screen (HMI) provides an interface for operator interaction, allowing the setting of parameters (bag length, filling amount, sealing temperature, speed, etc.), monitoring of operation status, fault detection, and adjustments.
