The machine operates in a continuous vertical forming-fill-seal cycle. First, the film roll unwinds and feeds into a forming collar that shapes the flat film into a continuous tube. Vertical sealing jaws create the back seal along the tube length, while horizontal sealing jaws seal the bottom of each individual sachet. The measured quantity of product, whether granules, powder, or small items, is then precisely dispensed through the center of the formed tube into the waiting sachet.
After filling, the horizontal sealing jaws close the top of the current sachet while simultaneously forming the bottom seal of the next one. A cutting knife separates the completed sachet, which drops onto the discharge conveyor. The entire sequence is governed by the PLC control system, which coordinates film feed rate, sealing temperature, filling volume, and cutting timing to maintain consistent output quality at production speeds.
