The automatic back sealing powder packing machine works by automatically unwinding the packaging film and forming it into a tube through the film former. The powder is accurately measured and dispensed into the formed pouch through an auger or screw filler. The vertical sealing system creates a secure back seal, while the horizontal sealing jaws close the top and bottom of each pouch, ensuring tight sealing and cutting. The entire process—bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting, and counting—is performed continuously and automatically, guaranteeing high efficiency and consistent packaging quality.
