How the 8-Channel Counting Process Works

Products placed in the 24-liter hopper feed onto a vibrating corrugated plate that distributes them across 8 parallel channels. Each channel uses a three-stage adjustable vibrating platform to control the speed at which products travel toward the counting head. As items pass through the counting head in single file, photoelectric sensors detect and count each one individually. A bottle-blocking device on the conveyor belt holds an empty bottle in position at the filling station. When the cumulative count across all channels reaches the target number, the counted batch drops into the waiting bottle. The conveyor advances to position the next bottle, and the cycle repeats automatically.
