Machine Introduction

This machine adopts high dust-resistant computer counting technology and is capable of counting and dispensing tablets (including irregular-shaped tablets), hard capsules, soft capsules (in various shapes, transparent or opaque), pills, and other solid granules within the size range of 5–12 mm. It can be used for bottle filling, cartoning, and bag packing, fully complying with GMP requirements. The bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt blocks the transferred bottle at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The material falls into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and is counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle at the bottling position.
