Machine Introduction
This machine adopts high dust-resistant computer counting technology and is capable of counting and dispensing tablets (including irregular-shaped tablets), hard capsules, soft capsules (in various shapes, transparent or opaque), pills, and other solid granules within the size range of 5–12 mm. It can be used for bottle filling, cartoning, and bag packing, fully complying with GMP requirements. The workflow follows a straightforward sequence designed for single-operator management. Bottles travel along the conveyor belt to the filling position, where a mechanical blocking device holds each bottle in place. Above the bottle, the 10-liter hopper feeds material through the corrugated vibrating plate. Tablets or capsules cascade into the eight channels and move in an orderly single file toward the photoelectric counting sensor.
As each product passes the sensor, the system registers the count. Once the preset target is reached, the gate directs the counted material into the waiting bottle. The bottle is then released downstream for capping, sealing, or labeling, and the next empty bottle advances into position. The entire cycle repeats automatically, requiring operator attention only for hopper refills and bottle supply.
