Machine Layout
Bottle unscrambler receives the bottles in random positions, then the bottles are sorted and oriented by disc sorter. Bottles are placed in an upright position and stabilized for exit to user’s conveyor, ready for the next process in production line.
1.The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is full GMP-compliant design.
2.By replacing different molds of rotating disc, the machine can be applied for different bottle sizes.
3. It features simple setup and operation. After bottles are fed into machine, user turns on the switch and the machine will start unscrambling. And speed can be adjusted with speed regulator, so that it can comply with user’s production line.
