The powder sachet packing machine operates by automatically completing measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, and counting processes in a continuous cycle. Powder material is fed into the stainless steel hopper, where it is dispensed through an auger or screw dosing system to ensure accurate measurement. Packaging film is unwound from the film roll and formed into a sachet shape by the forming collar. The machine then seals the vertical seam, fills the measured powder into the formed sachet, and seals the top and bottom edges using heat-sealing jaws. Finally, the machine cuts the sachets to the desired length and discharges the finished packages. All operations are controlled by a programmable control system for precise, efficient, and hygienic packaging.
