Put the products into the conveyor system (can be equipped with auto distribution system), the conveyor will transport the products to labeling station. There is automatic sensor equipped on the machine will sense the passed products and feedback to PLC. The PLC gets the signal, then feedback to step motor, the step motor supplies the label to rotation pressing roller which makes the labeling process.
1. The machine adopts step motor for driving, high accuracy working. (Servo Motor is also an optional)
2. PLC control with touch screen for operation. This controlling system are Taiwan Delta brand.
3. The sensors of the machine are imported brand, with high speed and accurate working.
4. The machine comes with automatic alarming system when lack of label, breaking labels and lack of ribbon.
5. With stainless steel 304, meets GMP Standard.
6. The position of height and backwards or forwards are adjustable.
