The multi-lanes granule packing machine works through a continuous process of film unwinding, bag forming, filling, sealing, and cutting. Packaging film is automatically fed and shaped into multiple vertical tubes by forming devices. Granules are accurately measured by volumetric cups, auger filler, or weighing system, then dispensed synchronously into each lane. The machine performs vertical and horizontal sealing to ensure firm, airtight pouches. Finally, the bags are cut into individual packages and delivered by the conveyor. With simultaneous multi-lane operation, it achieves high output, consistent sealing quality, and precise filling, making it ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.
