How It Works

The multi-lane packing machine operates through a continuous cycle. Packaging film is automatically unwound from the roll and shaped into multiple vertical tubes by forming devices. Granules are measured by volumetric cups, auger filler, or weighing system, then dispensed synchronously into each lane. The machine performs vertical and horizontal sealing simultaneously, creating firm, airtight pouches with back-sealed edges. Finally, the bags are cut into individual packages and delivered by the conveyor.
