How It Works

The bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt halts the transferred bottle at the bottling position, where it waits for filling. Product materials fall into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate. The 24-channel vibration system distributes materials evenly across all lanes. Photoelectric counting sensors detect and count each item as it passes through the channels, then the counted batch is loaded into the bottle at the bottling position. The filled bottle is released and moves downstream for capping, sealing, or labeling.
