Machine Layout

The bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt blocks the transferred bottle at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The material falls into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and is counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle at the bottling position.

• 1. Uses a 3-stage adjustable Vibrating Platform on each Counting Head to assist in controlling the speed of capsule count output.

• 3. Vibration blanking: 8 channels vibrate and discharge materials evenly and smoothly, without causing damage of material.
