1. Product Feeding and Positioning
Products are automatically delivered into the machine by the conveyor belt.
The feeding system ensures equal spacing between products, allowing continuous and accurate packaging.
2. Film Supply and Forming
Packaging film (plastic or composite film) is unwound from the film roll.
The film passes through the forming device, which folds it into a tubular shape around the products.
A longitudinal sealing unit seals the overlapping edges, creating a continuous film tube.
3. Sealing and Cutting
The tubular film containing the products enters the cross-sealing unit.
Cross-sealing jaws or rollers seal both ends of the package and simultaneously cut between products.
Each product is then individually wrapped in a sealed bag.
4. Output and Collection
Finished packages are discharged by the conveyor system and arranged neatly.
Optional devices such as date printers or coding machines can be integrated as needed.
