How It Works

The packaging process follows four continuous stages. First, products are automatically delivered into the machine by the conveyor belt, where the feeding system ensures equal spacing between each item for continuous and accurate wrapping. Second, packaging film is unwound from the roll and passes through a forming device that folds it into a tubular shape around the products. A longitudinal sealing unit seals the overlapping edges, creating a continuous film tube. Third, the tubular film enters the cross-sealing unit, where sealing jaws seal both ends and simultaneously cut between products, producing individually wrapped packages. Finally, finished packages are discharged by the conveyor system and collected neatly. Optional date printers or coding machines can be integrated for batch and expiration date marking.
